Aliyun accelerates the global all-in-the-in-one layout: globalization of Shenzhen Station Enabling Enterprises at mid-2025

On the occasion of the event at the Shenzhen Sea Summit in 2025, the Senior Vice-President of the Aliyun Smart Group and President of the Ministry of Public Clouds, Liu Wei Gwang, delivered a speech announcing that Ali Yun would accelerate the construction of a global unified cloud computing network, fully deploy AI technical capacity at all global nodes, and increase investment in compliance support, local services and ecological cooperation, and fully support the overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises with a globalized gene.

Liu Wei Gwang stated that Aliyun would use the Global Cloud Counting “One Net” strategy to cover core markets such as China, Japan and Korea, South-East Asia, Central Asia, Europe and the Americas, and to build cloud infrastructure with the best AI technology service capacity and global competitiveness. At present, Aliyun has deployed 28 regional nodes globally, covering more than 80 countries and territories, with an increase of more than 50 per cent in overseas revenues in 2024. The new plan will further deploy full-house AI capabilities at each node, and enable firms to accelerate innovation in the areas of cross-border electricians, intelligent manufacturing and digital entertainment.

In terms of compliance support, Aliyun provides customized compliance solutions for international data regulations such as the EU GDP R and the United States CCPA to help businesses cope with complex regulatory environments. In the area of local services, Aliyun plans to establish additional customer support centres in South-East Asia and the Middle East to provide 7*24-hour multilingual services to address the localization of business operations. In addition, Aliyun will deepen its ecological cooperation with local cloud service providers, ISV and the community of developers, similar to its collaboration with the Guangdong Consortium, to assist in the transport of vehicles to the sea by 3.0.

In 2024, China ‘ s cross-border electricity suppliers ‘ exports totalled 2.71 trillion yuan, an increase of 14 per cent over the same year. Aliyun ‘ s globalization strategy responds to this trend by providing full-chain support to enterprises from computing power to AI models to local services. Ali Yun ‘ s ability to travel to the sea with strategic inputs not only consolidates his position as the top three of the global cloud computing market, but also provides a technological base for Chinese enterprises to move to the global level.
